The twist runs the length of the band and gathers into a knot at the centre, where a 6 mm round lab-created white sapphire sits in a 4-prong setting - open at the sides, so light reaches the stone from more than one direction. The centre stone is ringed and flanked by 40 smaller prong-set rounds of 1 mm and 1.25 mm, all white, AAA clarity, none heat treated.
The band is .925 sterling silver under a rhodium plating, which is bright white and resists tarnish. The bolo clasp slides to adjust.

The base metal is .925 sterling silver, and it carries a rhodium plating over that sterling base.
Sterling silver darkens in air over time because of a reaction with sulphur, and rhodium plating resists tarnish while it covers the metal beneath. A soft polishing cloth reverses any darkening that appears.
Soap, water and a soft cloth when it looks dull is enough; dry storage does most of the work. Skip polishing compounds and dips on the plated finish.
All 41 sapphires are lab created, white, AAA clarity, with no heat treatment.
The round centre sapphire measures 6 mm, held in a 4-prong setting.
